Welcome to Pic Hart Photobooth. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
- Final payment is due 28 days before the event.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 28 days before the event may be eligible for partial refund (excluding deposit).
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 28 days in advance.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Client must ensure venue access, parking availability, and adequate setup space.
- Any delays caused by venue restrictions may reduce active booth time.
4. Service Guarantee
- Pic Hart Photobooth will provide professional setup, operation, and teardown.
- Pic Hart Photobooth takes the utmost care regarding equipment function, photo quality, and printing. However, due to the nature of technology, occasional downtime may occur. Pic Hart Photobooth guarantees its equipment to be operational for at least 80% of the scheduled rental time. In the rare event downtime exceeds this threshold due to equipment malfunction, a prorated refund will be issued based on the lost time. This guarantee does not apply to downtime resulting from guest misuse, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. When possible, booth time will be extended to compensate for minor interruptions.
5. Photo Usage & Privacy
- By using the booth, guests consent to photo capture and optional inclusion in our promotional materials.
- Clients may opt out of promotional use by written request prior to the event.
6. Intellectual Property
- All branding, templates, and custom designs remain the property of Pic Hart Photobooth.
- Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Pic Hart Photobooth is not liable for damages arising from venue issues, guest behavior, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
